Returns & Cancellations

Under UK Consumer Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

If you choose to return an item due to personal preference, a collection fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee varies depending on the size, weight, and collection postcode. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.

If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, provided the issue is reported within the 14-day cancellation period.

Delivery Charges & Information

Delivery costs are confirmed at checkout and estimated delivery times are displayed in the product description. Due to the size and weight of furniture items, delivery charges may vary by product and postcode.

During busy or seasonal periods, delivery times may be extended. If you have any questions before ordering, our customer service team will be happy to help.

Warranty

Most of our products include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Warranty queries can be raised at the time of purchase or by contacting our team.

If you wish to return an item during the warranty period, please refer to the Returns & Cancellations section above.

Product Usage

All Sofa Star products are designed for domestic use only. Using any product in a commercial or public environment may invalidate the warranty. Please contact us if you require advice on commercial use.

Lead Times

All furniture is made to order, and estimated lead times will be shown on your order confirmation or product page where possible.

Colour Representation

Due to screen settings and display limitations, colours may vary slightly from what you see online. If you require an exact colour match, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days of receipt.

Before You Order

Please carefully check the dimensions of your sofa, bed, headboard, or mattress before ordering. We also recommend checking doorways, staircases, and access routes to ensure your furniture can be delivered to the intended room.

Sofas & Mattresses – Important Hygiene Notice

For health and hygiene reasons, sofas and mattresses must remain in their protective packaging until you are sure you are keeping them. Once unwrapped or used, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty on arrival.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

All order information and communication will be provided in English.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.

Klarna Payments

We work with Klarna Bank AB (publ) to offer flexible payment options:

Pay Later in 30 Days

Buy now and pay within 30 days at no extra cost, provided payment is made on time. Extensions may be available directly through Klarna.

Pay in 3 Instalments

Split your payment into three interest-free monthly instalments, taken automatically. This is a simple way to spread the cost of your purchase.

Please ensure payments are made on time to avoid additional charges.

Klarna’s payment options are unregulated credit agreements.
