Returns
At Sofa Star, every sofa, bed, headboard, and mattress is carefully checked through our quality assurance process before leaving our factory. However, we understand that occasionally things may not go to plan, and we’re here to make the returns process as simple and fair as possible.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your furniture carefully as soon as it arrives.

Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the courier’s delivery sheet at the time of delivery.

Important: We cannot accept claims for damage if the item was not checked on arrival or if the damage was not recorded with the driver at the point of delivery.
Returns & Claims
We will happily review and accept returns in the following situations:

Defects reported at delivery – If damage or faults are noted on delivery, your claim will be accepted.

Manufacturing defects – If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
We cannot accept returns for:

Damage caused after delivery

Items showing signs of wear and tear

Misuse or accidental damage not related to manufacturing faults
If damage is not reported on delivery and no manufacturing defect is present, a return handling charge may apply.
