Warranty Policy - The Sofa Star Guarantee

At Sofa Star, we believe buying furniture should feel exciting and stress-free. That’s why every sofa, bed, headboard, and mattress we make comes with our Sofa Star Guarantee, giving you peace of mind long after your delivery arrives.

We take pride in the quality of our furniture and the care that goes into making it, so you can relax knowing your purchase is protected.

What’s Covered

All Sofa Star products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults, including issues with materials or workmanship, when your furniture is used under normal home conditions.

Please keep all original labels attached to your product, as removing them will automatically void the warranty.

Our guarantee works alongside our Terms and Conditions and is fully compliant with UK consumer law.

What’s Not Covered

While we’re always here to help, the warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear and tear or misuse, including:

  • Stains, spills, or soiling

  • Accidental damage after delivery

  • Damage caused by jumping, standing, or improper use

  • Commercial or non-domestic use

  • Incorrect handling or storage

  • Mattresses that have been bent or folded, causing internal damage

If You Need to Make a Claim

We have a thorough quality-check process, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery so we can look into it for you. This is when your warranty period begins.

If your claim is successful, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Where appropriate, we may also refund delivery or return costs.
